Another good source of i18n overview information is the paper
"Internationalization Explored" by Sandra Martin. It's a
Uniforum Technology Guide from Uniforum 1992. Once you understand
the topics in this paper, then tackle the DISS from XoJIG that
Rusmin Dirgantoro refers to. There's also the Internationalisation
Guide from X/Open. It outlines all the APIs and issues associated
with XPG/4 conformance - I believe it is due to be revised in July 93,
so you may want to hold off buying it until then.
