I want to stress that the FE SDK 3.0 is no longer available--Steffen
received this as a marketing promotional item.

There will be a charge of $299 for the FE SDK 3.1 CD-ROM and if
documentation is needed (many do not need it) this will be available
for $99, which just covers cost. The docs will not be available for
about one month due to a lag time in processing between our subs and
headquarters.

The FE SDK 3.1 **WILL** be availble to other countries. The details
are in the works. This is different from **JUST** the Japanese
Windows/V and DOS, which is what I was commenting about. If
documentation is not an issue, obviously the FE SDK is a better deal,
as you get 10 products on it. However, the DOS/V included in the FE SDK
is for **development purposes only**.

requested it for me and MS USA has send it to me (to Germany)).

Maybe for people from abroad the send it directly (it is called the
Far East Developers Kit and conatins Chinese / Korean and Japanese
Windows (at this time) 3.0)
