     SEEKING BETA TESTERS FOR MULTILINGUAL SOFTWARE

THE COMPANY AND CURRENT PRODUCTS

Accent Software International/Kivun Computers Ltd. develops and
sells the Accent and Dagesh multilingual word processors for Windows.
Also, we were Microsoft's chosen partners in the development of
bidirectional text capabilities for Windows.

Accent features include: typing in over 30 languages, 79 fonts, a 17
language spell checker, 45 keyboard mappings, Thesaurus in 8
languages, hyphenation in 14 languages and a word interpreter that
translates words to 5 languages.  All menus, help and dialog boxes
are available in 8 languages.

Our company and its products have been reviewed in:  Washington Post
(6/93), The Christian Science Monitor (1/94), Windows User (4/94),
Chip (Germany), Personal Computer World (U.K.), PC Compatible
(France), Windows Sources (3/94) and others.

BETA TESTERS

We are seeking Beta testers for upcoming releases of these
and other products.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must have any language version of MS Windows 3.1 (including U.S.
English) or later.

Minimum 386 with 4MB RAM.

Testers must be willing, eager, and able to give feedback promptly.
We want YOU to help us find shortcomings, and give us your opinions
as to how we can improve our products.

Priority given to:

- Regular users of more than one typing language (e.g. Spanish, German)
- Users of Non-Western languages (e.g. Arabic, Russian, Greek, Czech)
- Owners of: CD-ROM, scanner, fax card, or color printer
- Users of foreign Windows versions (e.g. Dutch Windows 3.1)
- Users connected to Internet

REWARDS

- The opportunity to see and use software before it reaches the
  general market.

- Direct feedback to the developers of the software at a time when
  you can influence the final design of the product.

- Beta testers who give regular and useful feedback will
  receive a free copy of the commercially released package.

- All helpful testers will be given priority for future Beta
  testing programs.
