Hello. In october 2004, I'll be in Rwanda , in a mission, to teach
internet in a local school in Nyarurema (nord Rwanda).
Two years ago Iwas there, but the connection was not so good. When it
rained, the phone was down and aslo the internet connection.
Someone konw now the codition of internet there?
