Q: What is CheckFAST?

Now you can accept checks by phone, fax, or over the Internet.

Due to changes in the Uniform Commercial Code & Federal banking 
regulations, it is now not only legal, but simple to accept 
checks by fax, phone, or online, WITH NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED!

CheckFAST for Windows software allows you to enter the 
information as it appears on your customer's check, print 
out a check payable to any payee (in most cases, yourself) and 
deposit it immediately. You don't need any special toner cartridges, 
just a standard laser or inkjet printer.

Q: Are customers willing to give check information over the phone or 
by fax or email?

Once a customer realizes that this is essentially no different than 
giving out a credit card number, they are usually thrilled that they 
are able to make a purchase so conveniently. Plus, some of the biggest 
users of CheckFAST are utility companies, so many people are already 
familiar with the concept.

Q: How do I know if I have the correct information to print a check?

CheckFAST performs ABA verification to make sure your customer's bank 
information is entered correctly. Don't accept imitations! 
Without ABA verification, you can't be sure your customer's information 
is accurate!

Q: What else can CheckFAST do?

The software keeps track of all your clients and payees. Once a 
client and his/her bank information is entered, CheckFAST stores it 
for the next time your client orders. You are also asked for default 
values, so that you never have to enter the same information again 
(such as making each check you issue payable to the same person). 

CheckFAST can also automatically handle standard monthly drafts, 
and you can specify the day of the month to create the draft.

CheckFAST comes with various report features, for clients, payees, 
and checks printed. It also has a built in accounting program. You 
can also design your own checks and add a company logo to them.

After each check is processed in CheckFAST, the payee's account in 
the database is adjusted. 

Various reports can be printed as well, such as summary of income/
expenses based on check memo category, with any given date range.

Q: Where do I get check stock?

CheckFAST comes with 100 blank checks. Additional blank checks are 
available from WakeUp America or standard office supply stores.

Q: Is CheckFAST very expensive?
