I am looking for a public domain software package that is Windows
compatible that can be used to perform Loan Amortization Schedule
calculations. I do not know if such a monster exist. Can any one
help?

I would entertain a programmer writing the program for me and entering
 into a Licensing agreement

"The Hobbit" is Dana A. Netz
The Hobbit Hole is located in Land of Enchantment, New Mexico, USA
Cooking is easy. It's simply applied Thermodynamics. Of course, the converse is also true. If you understand cooking, Thermo is a breeze.

Try the Small Business Admin (SBA) BBS at 1-800-697-4636. You can't
download any of the shareware files on the 800 line, but you can download
an extensive listing of those files, then call back on 1-900-697-4636
(Sprint) and download just those files you want. Supports 14.4 baud and
offline mail (QWK). I have seen several loan amort files there (some run
under Win 3.x).

Save yourself some 900 phone charges and ftp to SBA ON-Line at:

	ftp.sbaonline.sba.gov/pub/sbaonline_bbs/

Get "index.txt" from there, then d/l what you want from the sub-directories.

"Applications of C++ Programming:
Finance, Administration and Statistics"
by
W.-H. Steeb and F. Solms
World Scientific, Singapore 1995
ISBN 981-02-2313-7

Check out this page, it has a few direct links to Loan Amortization
calculators. Also follow the "Hotlist" link and look under Finance for
more.
