If you are interested in being the exclusive business representative
for Hotel Data-Net in the metro Miami area and have the ability to
start this business from 'ground-up', We will give you exclusive
rights to this market.

You will collect the posted daily event schedules from large hotel
properties, submit it to our on-line data base and then access our
website to retrieve Executive Field Research reports, Group Marketing
reports, Group Contact reports and SpeedShop mystery shop services.

Our company will provide all start-up strategies, contact properties
and phone/fax numbers, presentation folders and literature. We need to
start-up the Miami area in order to add to our existing research data
base in California, Texas, and Florida. Each client hotel will pay
from $1500 to $2000 per year. A very reasonable percentage of monthly
invoice income will be returned to Hotel Data-Net in order to maintain
marketing, research, and website services.
