Hallo, ich brauche unbedingt die NEC-Support Faxnummer in den USA.
Leider hat mir der NEC-Technical Support im Internet eine
Telefonnummer (Anrufbeantworter) zu ge-emailt und keine Faxnummer.
Also wer mir helfen kann:

The number (508-695-3044) that I get from the Nec Technical Support is
not a fax-number it's a phone-number (answering machine).

For People in America or Canada :
You can help me if you call 800-388-8888. This is the free Nec CD-Rom
Technical Support number for US and Canadians only.( I live in Germany
so I can not call this number.)
Ask there for the Technical support Fax-Number, where I can request
the ultra care number of my damaged Nec 4xi CD-Rom Reader.

If you want help me more (that I get the needed ultra care number)
send me your email-adress and I send you the informations
(serial-number, FCC ID,...) of my CD-Reader. With this Informations
it's only one call 
(800-388-8888) for you to get the ultra care number and to help me
(saving 200$ for a new CD-Reader).

You don't know, maybe one time you need help in germany.
