Moin,

Ich suche momentan ein Paar Speicherchips von Hyundai mit der Bzeichnung "HY
514264 B", 50ns EDO, 40Pin. Es handel sich um ein 512 KBytes-Baustein (=4
MBits).

Hat jemand eine Ahnung, wie man dieses Chip in kleinen Mengen �berhaupt
bekommen kann? (Neu und nicht ein mit Gewalt entl�tetes Chip) Bin f�r jedes
Hinweis dankbar.
