This year the MS Society is running its Brisbane to the Bay 
fundraising ride on Sunday 17th May.

The ride starts from Southbank Parklands and it either a 55km circuuit
(to Manly and return) or a 25km recreational course (half way to Manly
and return). There is even a trip for 2 to London to be won.

Registration before Wednesday 13th May is Adults $25, 17yrs and under
$15, Team Entrants $20 each. Early registration entitles you to a free
T_shirt! (registration after this date is a flat fee of $30).

This is a great day out and a primary fundraiser for the QLD MS Society.

For those of you who aren't aware - Multiple Sclerosis is a debilitating
disease which affects 15 000 Australians (one of which is my father).
There is currently no known cure for MS. Fundraising from the 1997 event
raised almost $20 000 for reserarch into MS.
