     Internet Developer, Brisbane

        * Develop and apply Internet technologies to a high-potential
          product
        * Be part of a dynamic startup company

     Pharos is seeking an enthusiastic developer to join our dynamic,
     compact development team. Willingness and proven ability to learn
     new technologies and to convert designs and customer requirements
     into product are of the greatest importance.

     Skills, experience, or formal training in the following areas
     would be especially valued:

        * Java, or possibly the ability to move to Java from other
          languages
        * RAD/JAD interactive design
        * Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, especially using CASE
          tools or the Booch method
        * Unix development and adminstration
        * Web-oriented graphic design
        * Perl

     An attractive salary package, possibly including profit-sharing,
     could be negotiated for the successful applicant.
