i'll second that non-recommendation. the staff there are possibly the rudest human beings on earth who don't care about (or listen to, for that matter) their customers. they rarely have stock in, and usually make up some lame excuse if they can't get parts. i've twice been told that hardware was being taken off the market, and unavailable in australia, only to drive down to qld computer group and purchase the same "unavailable" hardware 15mins later. plus, their customer service (if that's what you can call it) is lousy. a friend of mine had his quantum drive replaced with a slower conners drive when he took his system in to have the motherboard checked out, and sunlit claimed no knowledge of it. DODGY business. another stay-away recommendation. s800045@student.uq.edu.au wrote: > oh God what a recommendation!
