Rally to protect South East Queensland's Forests
King George Square
Mon 14th June
12pm - 1.30pm

After 150 years of logging and clearing of our native forests, it is time
for the community to say, "enough is enough". South east Queensland's
beautiful but threatened forests are now facing their moment of truth in
the form of the looming Regional Forest Agreement (RFA). In late June 1999,
the signed RFA will remain in effect for a further 20 years. Please act now
as this may be your last chance.

There will be bands playing to support the event - Powderfinger, The
Toothfaeries, Tim Stewart & Kellie Lloyd (Screamfeeder).

For more info about SEQld forests and the RFA, visit
