Know a GOOD TV repair shop?

My TV (a 2 year old RCA 28" ColorTrak 2000) is on the fritz. I can turn it
on and the power-on light comes on, but no picture or sound. For a few
weeks prior to this being a permanent mode for it, the tv would sometimes
turn itself off (no picture or sound but power light still on), but would
come back to normal after a minute or so. A clicking sound would acompany
this on/off cycle.

I have opened up the back and looked for obvious things like loose wires,
blown fuses, and obviously fried components, but everything looks ok. I
also vacuumed the dust off of the insides, but there wasn't very much. All
that didn't help.

First, anyone have any ideas as to what might be wrong, that I might
attempt to fix?

Second, failing that, can anyone recommend a good tv repair shop that does
good work at a decent price, and doesn't try and rip you off?

Thanks.
