This is the last time I'll be asking you to send me Kodak UPC symbols (bar codes). I'm collecting them to order Kodak Kolorkins stuffed toys to be donated to the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario (CHEO). The Kodak offer, which is only available in Canada, ends on Oct. 31, 1994. I'd like to send in my last order by mid-October, so please get the UPC symbols to me by then. Although the toys are only available in Canada, the bar codes can be from anywhere. So if you live in the U.S., Europe, or anywhere else on earth, you can help out too. The bar codes can be from any box of Kodak amateur color film, minimum 15 exposures. Amateur film is any film not designated as professional film, and can be for prints or slides, for any type of camera. The bar codes are usually found on the bottom or side of the box, or sometimes on a round sticker on the roll of film. I can also accept bar codes from Kodak Funsaver single-use cameras. Please send them to me at this address: Jennifer Robinson Dept. 7G12, CAR 289 Bell-Northern Research P.O. Box 3511, Stn. C Ottawa, Ont. K1Y 4H7 CANADA So far, I have received 6 toys, have 14 more on order, and have enough bar codes to order 2 more toys. Thanks to my co-workers at BNR (special mention to the people at Marne-la-Vallee, France) and all the generous people on the net who have taken the trouble to save bar codes and send them by snail mail. The opinions expressed are my own. I have no commercial connection with Kodak or CHEO.
