hi,
 I am trying to use an TADOQuery in async mode, but some time the events : 
"OnFetchProgress" and "OnFetchComplete" doesn't works...
I found some forums that suggest to change the "initial fetch size" because 
sometime all the rows were retrieved before the event raised up..
but I didn't find an example that show me how to set this parameter, this is 
not a published or public property of the TADOQuery...
