Drop a TADOConnection and a TADOQuery on a form.  Set the 
TADOConnection.ConnectionString to a vaid connection string for your 
database. Set the TADOQuery.Connection property to the TADOConnection. Set 
the TADOQuery.SQL property to the SQL you want to execute.  Call 
TADOQuery.Open().
