I assume when you say database that you mean database rather than tables. I would recommend that you decide which of the database tables will drive the whole thing. Then create some lookup fields that get data from some other database table (even in the other database) and include those lookup fields in the grid. To create a lookup field, double click on the table / query that will drive the grid. Right button and "Add Fields". Right button again and "New Field". Make the field a lookup field, indicate the driving key and the destination table and the destination table key / result.
