I had to. From previous posts in this newsgroup it seems some people can install the ADO patch directly, some need to reinstall the BCB update patch 1, and some unlucky people (me included) need to delete every remnant of BCB, reinstall BCB, the BCB patch, ADO Express, then finally can install the ADO Espress update.
