Hi, I have established a ado connection in C++ Builder v5 SP1 ADO SP1 to a SQL Server 2000. I have set the CursorLocation in a TADOConnection to clUseServer and connected a TADOQuery to it. But when i connect a TDBGrid to the the query then i get an error saying that bookmarks are not support by the provider/connection. Cant SQL Server 2000 not use Server side cursors that are opened for bookmarks, updating, backward fetching and so on? I have no problems using Client side cursors but i really would like to use server cursors. No problems with server cursors on Oracle and Access!! Best Regards, Jakob Petersen Microhouse
