As long as you have an ODBC driver for both, you may be able to either
use Datapump (enterprise edition) or write a little program that uses
TBatchMove to create a new table in one database from a table in the
other.

Have a look at the TBatchMove (note that you have to use the BDE to use
it), and then post any questions in
borland.public.cppbuilder.database.desktop.
