Setting properties on columns using Variants

Hi guys,

I'm wondering how I'd be able to set a property on a table column using variants?

My existing code is as follows:

  Variant Cols = NewTable.OlePropertyGet("Columns");
  Variant column = CreateOleObject("ADOX.Column");
  column.OlePropertySet("Name", "ID");
  column,OlePropertySet("Type", adSmallInt);
  Cols.OleProcedure("Append", column);

I need a line in there that does the equivelant of:
  column.OlePropertySet("Properties('autonumber')", true)

Any help much appreciated! Thanks all,

Russ
