Hi, Peter! A number of elements can play into this. I have found the most mysterious behavior of this sort comes from trying to nest transactions. However, it may also be an issue of how you are making changes. A bit more code may be helpful. Try to pare this down to the smallest program that reproduces the problem. ------ Mark Cashman (TeamB - C++ Builder), creator of The Temporal Doorway at http://www.temporaldoorway.com - Original digital art, writing, music and more - C++ Builder / JBuilder Tips and The C++ Builder Programmer's Webring (Join us!) http://www.temporaldoorway.com/programming/index.htm ------
