Hi there
I have installed BCB 5.0 Enterprise and Upgrade#1
I have installed ADO Upgrade#1

A BUG ?:
I just made a simple AdoQuery connection to a MS-SQL 7.0 Server. The
table is a primary key indexed autoinc one. Isolation Level is
cursor-stability. CursorLocation is clUseServer.
I also loaded all fields persistent and marked the PK-field as
arAutoInc. The data is shown in a grid and I use the normal
navigatorbuttons.

A:Now I do the following steps:
1. Add a new record by skiping over the last one. Save my changes.
Autoincrement-value is ok.
2. Delete this record immediately.

Result: So my grid gets empy! I cant move back to any record, even if I
cancel my edit. The only way
I found is to move back via bookmark.

B: Next Test:
Delete one record and then move to the first and then to the last by
using  buttons of the NavigatorButtons.
An exception occurs:
    "Either Eof or Bof is True or the current record is deleted..."
This bug should have been eliminated by the Upgrade but it is still
there.

C: Insert a record and then make refresh by pushing the button on the
Navigator or call ADODataSet1->Refresh()
    An exception occurs:
    "Some Errors occured...", German: "Es sind einige Fehler
aufgetreten" (EOleException)

I looks like that the AdoDataSet is corrupt if the ammount of records
has changed.

What is wrong, are there any swichtes wrong ? Or is it a bug!
If there is no fine workaround what are the alternatives?

thanks in advance
HMB
