Hi again, posted a message a couple of days ago, regarding compacting and
repairing MS Access databases.  Im using ADO and MS Jet Engine 4.

Jerry Bloomfield pointed me to an application he had posted in CodeCentrol
but it doesn't seem applicable as Im not using ODBC.  I found some sample
code from Microsoft but I can get any joy:

#import "c:\Program Files\Common Files\System\Ado\msado15.dll" no_namespace
#import "c:\Program Files\Common Files\System\Ado\msjro.dll" no_namespace

try
{
    IJetEnginePtr jetPtr(__uuidof(JetEngine));
    jetPtr->CompactDatabase( database params i.e. provider & location)
}
catch()
{
}

-any idears anyone, Im getting desperate :-)
