Hi Igor,

    _di_Properties Properties(( ADODataSet->Recordset->Properties );

    Properties->Item[WideString("PropertyName")]->Value = PropertyVal;

or

    PropertyVal = Properties->Item[WideString("PropertyName")]->Value;
