What version of the Microsoft MDAC software are you using. I know they have
problems with 2.6 and SQL Server 2000 with clustering. You may want to make
sure that you are running MDAC version 2.5.1. You can get a version checker
as well as the different versions of MDAC software from
http://www.microsoft.com/data/download.htm
