I am trying to get an application using access 97 as my datbase and windwos
2000 as my operating system.
I have changed my registry so that when it intialises the access it uses
idda3235.dll and not idda032.dll.  The reason for this is that the
idda032.dll, looks for the files msjt40.dll and dao3032.dll.  If these files
are loaded and entered in the registry the error message unable to load
idapi files appears.
By changing to the idda3235.dll, it does not look for these files but when
trying to open the access database, it gives the error message, general sql
error

What is the reason for this? How can I fix it.
