win98 errror with dao3032.dll

Hi
I am using Windows 98 with C++B 5 and MS Access as my database.
When trying to run my install disk for my application the following error
occurs
"unable to load idapi file c:\windows\msapps\dao\dao3032.dll".
Am using Office 97.

How do I overcome this??
