Ok,
Ive got the MDAC SDK. I used impdef, and implib to create
an import library. Im quite the newbie when it comes to
windows but, I still cant get any ADO code running. I keep
getting undefined xxx errors, specifically on ADO objects like
ConnectionPtr and such. I seriously have no clue what Im doing.
Any Ideas as to how to set up the SDK to use with BCC55 would
be greatly appreciated. Im really just looking for a
simple/minimalistic console ap to establish a connection
with an Access database and read a field from it. And
instructions on how to get it up and running would really help.
Lots of people are telling me its possible with the sdk, but no
one actually gives me any tips on how, Or points me to any info.
Makes me feel like I cant figure out something that might be
childs play.
