Does Borland monitor the borland.* groups or should the bug be reported somewhere? I noticed that there is still a problem (unsolvable as far as I see): MaxProgress is small. Of course MaxProgress cannot equal the total number of records because it is not known until the recordset is read completely but as long the progress bar is updated this is not the case. The best solution probably is to take an arbitrary constant (not too small) value for MaxProgress and let the progress bar start again if there are more records.
