I am executing a TADOQuery query that causes an PK/FK violation error. I am trying to "catch" this error with the OnDeleteError, OnEditError, or OnPostError events of the TADOQquery object but they are not being triggered for some reason. Is the error being triggered in the TADOConnection object or somewhere else before it gets to the query? Could I have some property not set correctly? I can "catch" the error if I call qry_name->ExecSQL(); within a try/catch environment but this approach obviously lacks the error handling options of the query error events. Thanks. Daniel
