Interesting.  Thanks Viatcheslav.

Here is where my problem was:

I included the ADOX_tlb.h file in my header, but I did not know I needed to 
include the ADOX_tlb.cpp file in my project.

Moreover, I had no idea where that file was located on my machine!  I had to 
do a search to find it in the same folder where the header was (Program 
Files\Borland\CBuilder6\Imports for my machine).
