You should use the InstallShield feature to create the ODBC DSN for you.
If you are using the free ISX which ships with C++Builder,  this capability
may not be present,  in which case you can still create the DSN
programmatically using the ODBC API call to SQLConfigDataSource().  This
function call is documented in the MDAC SDK from Microsoft.  I believe I
have an example of using this for MS-Access MDB files uploaded to Code
Central which you could also take a look at for some help...
