Does anyone know how to do this in a delphi ConnectionString?

Provider=Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0;Data Source=C:\pathtotextfile;Extended
Properties="text;HDR=YES;FMT=DELIMITED"

Then you should be able to do the following:

select * from textfile.txt
