datetime field precision not available

While working with Informix database through OLE DB Provider for ODBC, I
can't get figures for tenth part of second for the field declared as
"TimeStamp datetime year to fraction(4)" i.e. I have four digits after
decimal point for seconds. When I execute
?rsExpData.Fields("timestamp").Value
I get
07/01/2001 23:38:10
value. But field in DB actually contains "07/01/2001 23:38:09.5678" value.
When I query the same field through the same DSN with MS Query, for example,
I get correct "07/01/2001 23:38:09.5678" value. May someone say what's
wrong, or that's OLE DB Provider's bug?

Sincerely,
      Alexei
