Dear All!

I have to write an application, which have to extract data from one
database, send it by some means to another point and there that data must be
imported into another database of the same type with the same internal
structure (some kind of replication). I'd like to use ADO as the primary
data-manipulation means. But I have one question:

Is it possible with ADO to do something like "Insert Into <table_name> From
<rs>;", where <rs> - ADO recordset with data loaded from file from supplier?

And in case this is possible, may you point me out where I can have a look
at some example?

Any piece of advice will be highly appreciated.
