Hello.
i can't find information on how to do the following thing:

i'm sending batched insert statements to my database using PreparedStatement
class.

if there is a way in which a failure in one insert statement does not
reflect on the following statements, pleases tell me the steps in which that
could be achieved.

currently, i'm trying to construct a BEFORE INSERT trigger that has the
following behavior:

if the record to be inserted exists, then the insert is not performed and
the next insert is called upon. in essense, i'm trying to do :new++.
