For example:

TADOQuery *adodb =new TADOQuery(this);
adodb->Connection = adodbconn;  // adodbconn is a TADOConnection object
adodb->SQL="SELECT * FROM Users";
adodb->Open();
while(!adodb->EOF)
{
     .................... // your code
     adodb->Next();
}
delete adodb;
