I work with Sybase Adaptive Server Anywhere 7.0 and Builder C++ 6.0.
I connect to my database via ADO through "ASAProv" provider, OLE DB Provider for Sybase, and my connection string is the follow:
"Provider=ASAProv;User ID=myUser;Password=myPassword;Data Source=X"
"ADOConnection.Open()" runs OK but when I try request data to any table with "ADOQuery.Open()"... It shows the error "Object or provider is not capable of performing requested operation"
Why?, I need any solution.
Does the "TADOQuery object" have any special properties?

I need connect to through OLE DB Provider for Sybase, not OLE DB Provider for ODBC.

Thank you very much
