What exactly you have as connection string and query?

ModuloDati->ArchivioEsterno->ConnectionString = "...";
ModuloDati->ArchivioEsterno->CommandText = "..."

Set ParamCheck = false on ModuloDati->ArchivioEsterno - otherwise anything 
after ':' is parameter.

> ModuloDati->ArchivioEsterno->Prepared;

Should be ModuloDati->ArchivioEsterno->Prepared = true;
