This seems a connection problem to MDB with ADO

This solves it:

 try
  {
   ADOConnection1->Connected=true;
  }
 catch(EOleException &E)
  {
   ADOConnection1->Connected=false;
   Sleep(5000);
   ADOConnection1->Connected=true;
  }
 try
  {
   ADOQuery1->Active=true;
  }
 catch(Exception &E)
  {
   ShowMessage("Unexpected exception during this procedure "+E.Message);
  }
