How can I transfer(append all) the data from one recordset to other recordset per saltum? In my case I have one recordset with connection to Text-file, second - DBase-file. The both providers is MS Jet. Best regards

Manually - there are few lines of code to traverse recordset and assign all columns. Or, better, use INSERT INTO or SELECT INTO command. //------------------------------------------ Regards, Vassiliev V. You should know exact query, in this case it is probably simple "select * from <table>". Jet supports cross-database queries, so you can write: select * from <table> in "" [dBase 5.0;Database=c:\db_path] This way you may construct SELECT INTO or INSERT INTO query - just <table> means table from current database, <table> in "" [...] means table in another database. //------------------------------------------ Regards, Vassiliev V.
