View Memo data in DBGrid

Hi,
How to view DBGrid Memo columns dynamically. 

I'm changing column names dynamically through table(field names in MySql). I am not able to view memo data in DBGrid. If it is more than 255 character it is not displaying. How to display more than 250 characters in DBGrid.
