I've been getting the error "Trying to append data to a non-partial 
dataset" when calling TClientDataSet's AppendData function.  The only 
thing I've been able to find out about the error is "This is usually 
caused by a call to AppendData when the TClientDataSet thinks it has all 
the data", but there is no explanation of why TClientDataSet would think 
that.  In this particular case, the client data set is empty when I get 
that error.
