getting paramters to bind to stored procedure

Hey all kinda like my last post

but just wondering has anyone ever had problems in getting sql server stored 
procedure paramater to bind to the queries?

for some reason it says the parameters are not supplied when they clearly 
are

also if i set SetSchemaInfo() i dont get the error but the stored procedure 
still wont run


any ideas why?
