Error while opening a TClientDataSet

Hi y'all and thanks for reading,

I've tried to run de srvr.exe and empedit.exe examples in the Borland
Examples directory and it worked fine. I tried to run the server on another
computer, it worked fine (After running DCOMCnfg.exe and setting the
clearances right). After that I created my own server program, which
accessed a SQL server database via the BDE which works via ODBC. Everything
works fine except when I try to open a ClientDataSet, which is linked
properly to a TProvider. Then I get the error message:

'src->QueryInterface(GetIID(), (LPVOID*)(&intf))': Interface not supported
...

What am I doing wrong? If I set the active property of the TRemoteServer to
true, the server starts nicely. I also tried to use a TDCOMConnection
instead of the TRemoteServer component. The same happens...

Any idea's would by greatly appreciated...

Erwin
