Hello,
I get "EDBEngineError: Table is not indexed" when I try to open a
Microsoft Access 97 database using the Borland C++ Builder 4.0. The
Access table does have an index and I can open it just fine from Access
97. I initially built my application using Builder 3.0. The exact same
table used to open up fine with Builder3. After we upgraded to Builder
4.0, I had to go back and make minor maintenance change to the
application and I got stuck..... the table was not opening up anymore!!!
I tried using the following Microsoft Access Driver versions, but
in vain:
ODBCJT32.DLL: version 3.50.3602.00
version 4.00.3711.08
The BDE version I am using is 5.01
Could someone please help me out here and advice me on if there is
anything else I should be looking at, such as other DLLs and/or which
versions of DLLs should be used? I would appreciate any help in this
matter very very much.
LOTS OF THANKS IN ADVANCE!
Sincerely,
smita
