I am looking at using the TClientDataset to both connect to a server
database, which is capable of multi-byte charsets, and to use as a
local database, also needs multi-byte charset capablity. The
application would copy the data from the server to a local set of
TClientDataset files allowing the user to work on the server or
remotely. Can the TClientDataset handle multi-byte charsets in both
scenerios?
