I need to set up a relational database with four tables, some fields from
each table will be used to produce a small fifth table that will be viewed
and visualised using BCB. Some of the other data in original four tables
will also be displayed on an intranet. For each data entry I would ideally
like to store some of the data in an array, although up to now a memo
component has been ok.
What is the best database for displaying such information? Is Access too
basic to contain this information? What is the learning curve like for
Interbase?

If anyone has any suggestions I would be really grateful.
